The second semi finals of TECHLABS Cup saw heavy favorites SK Gaming take on the surprise of the tournament, Ukrainian KerchNET who upset ESC Gaming the day before.
Although KerchNET won the opening pistol round as Terrorists on de_train, they struggled throughout the half as the attackers. SK Gaming seemed to have the entire map on lockdown, as they continued grinding more and more rounds with Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg leading the way at the top of the scoreboard.
The Ukrainian side had to surrender to just three rounds after the first half, and changing sides proved to make no difference as Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström's team quickly won the pistol round and went on to win the half 4-0, 16-3 overall on de_train.

Second map saw KerchNET attack the B bomb site in their Terrorist pistol round after faking the A site, and take down Johan "face" Klasson easily to win the round. After two uneventful save rounds by the WCG 2011 runner ups, KerchNET ran a well executed strat towards the A site on round four to win the round as well as the following save round to put themselves ahead 5-0.
The Swedes looked to be back on track with a clear win on round six as they went up in numbers next round, but three kills from Aleksandr "Shara" Gordeev in a two-on-four situation turned it around. SK went for a buy on the next round, but a successful B site takeover by KerchNET forced them to save their weapons, making the score 7-1. Gordeev's team only managed two more round wins in the B site while SK Gaming won five of the remaining rounds, ending the half at 6-9.
Second half pistol saw both Lindberg and Martin "trace" Heldt get two USP kills as SK won without losing a single player. Next two rounds were easy wins for the Swedes as well, and a nice delayed attack towards the B bomb site won them round four. After a save, KerchNET looked to be winning round six, but Lindberg and Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund had other plans, winning a two-on-three in the A site.
As the game was already slipping away from Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy's team, Dahlström scored three headshots in a three-on-three situation to make the score 13-9. With the match all but over, KerchNET attempted a couple of risky strategies without success, as SK Gaming went on to win 10-0 as terrorists and 16-9 overall on de_inferno to complete their 2-0 sweep over the Ukrainians.
